Moonshine Ridge Psychology clinicians are doctoral-level licensed psychologists who provide practical, action-oriented therapy. We focus on what actually works in real life — evidence-based strategies, lifestyle changes that fit a normal budget, exercise that matches your body and schedule, sleep optimization, and other science-backed tools. We regularly share relevant studies and articles so you understand the “why” behind the recommendations.
Sessions are available via telehealth from the comfort of your home. The goal is straightforward: help you build strength, clarity, and purpose while dealing with life’s hard realities. No endless talking in circles. No soft approaches. Just honest, focused work that leads to measurable progress.
Group Therapy
We offer small, focused groups for adults who want real change through shared experience and accountability — not vague “support” or endless venting.

Other groups form based on need (midlife transitions, women’s aging, personal responsibility, etc.). All groups use the same practical, action-oriented approach as our individual work: evidence-based strategies, lifestyle changes that fit real budgets, and honest discussion that builds community while acquiring new skills and knowledge.
Groups are private-pay only and limited in size so everyone gets value. Guided by an experienced doctoral level professional, these are working sessions, not passive listening circles.
